Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Paint Buffer & Wet Sander to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are wet sanded if needed and buffed without burning through the paint. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing various buffing and wet sanding techniques and equipment to enhance the paints glimmer and shine of our vehicles.
The candidate may also be given the opportunity to become an Auto Body Painter as well, with on the job training provided.

Duties
- Perform thorough wet sanding and buffing if needed of freshly painted as well as used vehicles surfaces.
- Potential to conduct minor auto body repairs as needed to maintain vehicle aesthetics.
- Potential to utilize paint spraying techniques for touch-ups and refinishing.
- Inspect vehicles for damage and report any issues to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment
Skills:
- Must have proficiency in buffing and wet sanding techniques.
- Experience with buffing and polishing vehicles for a high-quality finish.
- High attention to detail and organization.
