Job Summary:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies across various platforms and overseeing marketing policies and programs, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase brand awareness. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in digital advertising, especially Google Ads, and a strong focus on reputation management and customer reviews. The ideal candidate will drive traffic, improve our online ratings, and ensure our digital presence effectively reflects the quality of our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Analyze key metrics and provide insights to improve campaign performance and ROI.
• Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and effective marketing materials.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure our digital marketing efforts are innovative and effective.
• Oversee and coordinate product development and marketing trends
• Determine product demand and customer awareness
• Develop pricing strategies to maximize return on investment
• Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
• Review and optimize marketing budget
• Monitor and report on customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Lead or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and strategies.
• Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• Experience in a managerial role
