Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Commercial Project Manager to oversee our commercial storefront projects. This role is responsible for managing projects from start to finish Coordinating crews, materials, and schedules Ensuring that installations are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, construction project management experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and oversee storefront installation projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and materials to ensure cost-effective, on-time delivery.
• Supervise crews and subcontractors, providing leadership and direction on job sites.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
• Resolve issues and troubleshoot problems that arise during projects.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and progress reports.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3 years of project management experience in commercial construction, preferably with storefronts, windows, or glazing systems.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team coordination.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
