What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at Rollsecure Shutters?
We are looking for someone flexible who can assist the service manager and windows department. Must be organized and be able to multi-task. A basic knowledge of hurricane shutters is necessary, a strong knowledge is preferred. Should have a working knowledge of quick-books and outlook. Must have basic office experience (answering phones, filing ect).
Duties would include, but not be limited to. Scheduling service calls, preparing quotes, collecting payments, filing.
Would also be assisting with windows. This would include but not be limited to preparing quotes, ordering windows, prepping permit packages. A basic knowledge of windows is a plus, willing to train.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
