The Senior Procurement Manager (SPCM) role manages a team of procurement professionals to develop and execute global sourcing and category strategies that deliver cost savings, supplier performance improvements, and long-term business value. The Senior Procurement Category Manager will lead high-impact negotiations, oversee complex commercial activities, and ensure supply chain competitiveness, compliance, and resilience. You’ll influence senior stakeholders and leverage global talent to strengthen Rolls-Royce’s sourcing capability across multiple business areas.

- Associate degree with 10 years of procurement experience, OR
- Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of procurement experience, OR
- Master’s degree with 6 years of procurement experience, OR
- JD/PhD with 3 years of procurement experience, OR
- 12 years of experience in procurement in lieu of a degree
- In order to be eligible for consideration, you must be a U.S. Citizen
- Commercial, procurement and strategy experience
