Job Title: Senior Control Software Engineer
Working Pattern: Full-time
Working location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid Schedule/3 days onsite minimum)
In our team as a Senior Control Software Engineer, you will develop, write, test and document embedded code for safety critical electronic engine control and monitoring systems.
You may be involved at any stage of a project lifecycle from concept development, integrated/component testing through final production release.
You'll usually work in project teams with colleagues in other branches of engineering.

- Remote employees will work with their direct manager to determine the cadence of onsite visits. All remote employees must have a secure, high-speed internet connection and an appropriate workspace that complies with applicable information security and confidentiality requirements.

- Bachelor’s degree in STEM discipline with 2 years Software (traditional and model-base) experience, OR
- Master’s degree in STEM discipline with experience in Software OR
- PhD in degree in STEM discipline with experience in Software
- In order to be eligible for consideration, you must be a U.S. Citizen
- Experience in embedded safety critical software engineering
- Control software experience
- Experience with verification and testing frameworks
- Use a DO-178 compliant software coding process.
- Digital logic design experience
