Title: Compliance Reporting Engineer
Key Accountabilities
- Perform engineering development test activities such as emission and combustion measurements.
- Complete emission project work including communicating and interfacing with the corresponding departments in Friedrichshafen Germany and locally.
- Establish an efficient cross functional network in order to successfully accomplish project work in conjunction with the appropriate counterparts at our corporate headquarters in Friedrichshafen Germany.
- Stay abreast of the latest emission legislation and actively participate in Regulatory meetings to keep the emissions and measurement solutions to the regulatory conformance.
- Assist in leading overall communication, coordinate and consult with engineering departments and customers
- Plan, implement, and evaluate measurement technology projects
- Assist with Noise and Vibration measurements by working with experts in Friedrichshafen
- Plan, implement, and evaluate after treatment system development activities, including compiling and exchanging related data with Friedrichshafen.
- Provide management with regular reports on project work plans, continuous improvement activities and resource management
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Promote a compliance culture in area of responsibility and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls Royce Code of Conduct.
- Perform special projects as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering and minimum of 5 years of experience in emission measurement technology, data acquisition, compiling measurement data and test of internal combustion engines; or 9 years of experience in emission measurement technology, data acquisition, compiling measurement data and test of internal combustion engines.

- Knowledge of the principles and operation of emission measurement and after treatment technology
- Knowledge of the principles and operation of internal combustion engines including Exhaust Gas Recirculation, SCR aftertreatment and influence on Emission Measurement Equipment.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently with others
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability, when problems are complex
- Ability to handle multiple deadlines
- Good presentation skills
- Ability and willingness to travel - domestic and international
- Proficient with PC and MS Office Suite
- MTU product knowledge
- Experience with AVL emission equipment and interface with AVL automation systems.
- Experience with AVL Indicom systems.
- German language skills
