The Account Coordinator (AC) serves as a direct support partner to Account Managers, assisting in the execution of day-to-day account operations. This role is responsible for transaction processing, order tracking, client communication, and administrative coordination to ensure accounts run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working in a high-volume, technology-driven environment.
- Support Account Managers with day-to-day account operations, client coordination, and deliverable tracking
- Process transactions and manage orders from start to completion, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up
- Handle inbound calls and emails, provide status updates, and manage routine client inquiries
- Identify and escalate issues related to orders, billing, or account activity
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and internal systems, including documentation and communication logs
- Assist with reporting, data entry, and administrative tasks while ensuring deadlines are met
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or account coordination
- Strong proficiency using a Windows-based PC, including file management, system navigation, and multitasking across multiple applications
- Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
- Technically proficient and comfortable learning new systems quickly such as CRMs, order management platforms, and other internal tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Experience with Hubspot, Fishbowl, and or other order management/CRM systems
