Job Title: Automotive Lube, Tire, Alignment Manager/Operator
Job Type: Full Time with Possible Overtime
Starting Pay: $20-$25/Hour plus commission

Shop Hours: 8:00am-5:30pm M-F with a typical work week of 40-45 hours.

Overall Job Description:
Rolling Tire Shop is looking for an Automotive Lube, Tire, Alignment Manager/Operator. You will be responsible to professionally perform most aspects of general vehicle maintenance and repair, including but not limited to: Lube/Oil/Filter, tire rotation, tire mounting and balancing, PA state inspections, install batteries, brake work, Alignments, and provide service recommendations and the like.
Qualifications and Prerequisites:
- Must be at least 18 years of age with High School Diploma or GED
- Must have valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record for the past three years
- Prefer applicants have their own tools, yet this is also not required to apply
- Good working knowledge of overall construction of automotive vehicles, engines, and components
- Proficient in the use of various hand tools and power tools used in vehicle maintenance and repair
- Able to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Good communications skills
- Able to read and comprehend written instructions and information
- Be able to work as part of the team as well as independently
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and effectively complete vehicle repair order scope of work
- Road test vehicles after repairs and maintenance are complete to ensure mechanical soundness and to determine whether any other problems exist
- Demonstrate excellent customer service, which includes providing clear communication and feedback about customer vehicles
- Document all work performed on the repair order
- Report any safety issues immediately to management
- Promote teamwork to deliver exceptional customer care
- Maintain strict adherence to Company policies on vehicle care and operation
- Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, which may include light and heavy lifting, including tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.
