Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Insulation Lead Technician to lead a crew of 2–3 installers while driving a company box truck to and from job sites. This is a working lead position — you will be hands-on with installations while supervising your team to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a crew of 2–3 insulation installers- Install batt and blown-in insulation materials
- Drive company box truck to and from job sites
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Maintain safety compliance at all times
- Train and mentor crew members
- Communicate job progress and any issues with management
- Maintain cleanliness of job sites, truck, and equipment
Requirements
Proven insulation installation experience- Prior leadership or crew lead experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Experience driving a box truck
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Dependable and punctual
