Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour (based on experience)
Expected Hours: 10-25 per week with additional hours available

Position Overview

Rolling Suds is seeking a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Part-Time Hood Vent, Power Washing & Sales Technician to join our growing team. This role combines hands-on cleaning services with business development opportunities. In addition to performing hood vent and exterior cleaning services, technicians will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, and helping grow our customer base.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, building relationships, and being rewarded for both quality workmanship and sales success.

Responsibilities

• Clean commercial kitchen hood vent and exhaust systems
• Perform pressure washing and soft washing services for residential and commercial properties
• Clean sidewalks, drive-thrus, buildings, dumpster pads, parking areas, and other exterior surfaces
• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment safely and effectively
• Identify and communicate additional service opportunities to customers
• Generate leads and assist with sales efforts for commercial and residential services
• Conduct site visits and provide basic service recommendations
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Assist with estimates and follow-up communication when needed
• Load, unload, and maintain equipment and supplies
• Complete work orders and service documentation accurately
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable discussing services and identifying sales opportunities
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to work evenings, overnight shifts, and occasional weekends for hood vent cleaning
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Experience in pressure washing, hood cleaning, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required
