What You’ll Do:
- Knock on doors, meet homeowners and business owners, and introduce them to our power washing services.
- Offer free demonstrations and generate leads that turn into sales.
- Build trust with customers by showing professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Learn to set appointments, write estimates, and close deals with full training and mentorship.
- Be the face of Rolling Suds in your community—rain or shine.
- High-energy, positive attitude, and confidence talking to people.
- Resilient—you don’t get discouraged easily and thrive on results.
- Self-motivated with a hunger to grow your income.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Experience in sales, canvassing, or home services a plus—but not required. We’ll train the right person.
- Base salary uncapped commission (early reps can earn $50k–$80k annually).
