Responsibilities
- Prepare and dispense medications accurately under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles to support optimal patient care.
- Assist in managing inventory, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring medication supplies.
- Provide excellent patient service by answering questions and addressing concerns related to medications.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals in critical care and acute care settings to ensure comprehensive patient management.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and pharmacy policies to maintain compliance and safety standards.
Experience
- Able to work RX30 System (or be willing to learn)
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to pharmacy practice.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient service and teamwork.
- Certification as a Pharmacy Technician is required, with ongoing education to maintain licensure.
