What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Dietician (3172) position at ROLLING PLAINS MEMORIAL HOSPITAL?
Registered Dietician's primary function: Establish and update policies and procedures, conduct departmental in-service education, assure nutritionally adequate meals for patients, staff, and guests. Conduct one-on-one patient education with physician referral on an inpatient and outpatient basis. Ensure sanitary conditions are maintained and in compliance with current health regulations and rules.
Qualifications:Prefer Bachelors/Masters of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or related degree, registered by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics, and licensed by the Texas State Board of Examiners for dietetics. Experience in management healthcare food service preferred.
