PRIMARY FUNCTION: Acts as a receptionist for the Medical Office, meeting and greeting the public. Maintains patient charts and filing while being discreet and confidential with patient information. Handles incoming and outgoing communications including scheduling appointments and procedures.
SUPERVISES: None.
INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CONTACTS: General Public, representatives of other health care facilities, physicians, in house personnel and patients.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Limited physical demands.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Office environment. Limited noise and safety hazards.
