Qualifications: Licensure by the Texas State Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners; certification by National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc. Current CPR certification required. Must have current driver's license, and dependable vehicle, with proof of liability insurance, motor vehicle record which complies with RPMH policy 622.
Primary Function: Evaluates patients, plans and administers occupational therapy treatments, and re-evaluates patient's progress during and following treatment.
