Early Head Start Teacher – Olney Child Development Center
Location: Olney, Texas

Status: Full-Time (40 hours per week, primarily Monday–Friday; schedule may vary by Center)
Position Summary:
Rolling Plains Management Corporation is seeking applicants for the position of Early Head Start Teacher at the Olney Child Development Center. This role is responsible to the Center Director for ensuring compliance with all program regulations and for creating a safe, healthy, and engaging educational environment for enrolled infants, toddlers, and their families.

Must be at least 18 years of age

High School Diploma or equivalent required

CDA Credential in Infant/Toddler preferred; if not currently certified, will be classified as EHS Teacher in Training and must obtain CDA within one year (RPMC covers cost of CDA)

Must be willing to take and pass a drug/alcohol test and comply with the Agency’s Drug-Free Policy

Must pass regular criminal history checks

Must submit to TB tests as required

Must provide reliable self-transportation for regional travel

Must possess and maintain a valid Texas driver’s license with appropriate classification and endorsements

Must maintain a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and meet minimum insurability requirements (MVR checks may be conducted by the Agency)
