Rolling Plains Construction is hiring Safety Managers and Safety Representatives to supervise safety protocols for projects in Indiana, Idaho and Arizona. To be considered for Manager positions, candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction safety and hold an OSHA 510/500 or CHST certification. Safety Representatives must have Construction OSHA 30 or greater.
Manager Qualifications
· Prior Safety Experience of at least 5 years
· OSHA 510/500 or CHST
· Safety Construction Experience
· Strong Safety knowledge in construction and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
· Able to direct the team with clear & concise direction.
· Reliable, self-motivated, professional
· Valid Driver License
Responsibilities:
· Supervise and enforce safety policies.
· Team Player
· Provide training and guidance to team members.
