Rolling Plains Construction is seeking an Experienced Construction Superintendent for our projects located in Arizona. Pay will vary based on experience.
Experience & Technical Skills
- 5 years of concrete construction experience with a proven track record on multifamily apartment complexes, residential home builds, and light to mid-scale commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of concrete, elevated decks, structural concrete, and site concrete for diverse project types.
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, structural details, and project schedules for multifamily and residential work.
- Experience coordinating inspections, layouts, and concrete placement logistics across multiple building types.
- Proficiency with daily documentation, field reporting, and basic digital tools (tablets, construction management software).
- Working knowledge of concrete equipment, mix design requirements, and finishing processes.
- Hands-on experience with metal flashing installation, detailing, and integration with concrete systems.
- Understanding of waterproofing systems and best practices for foundations, elevated decks, and building envelope interfaces.
Leadership & Coordination
- Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise field crews on active multifamily and residential construction sites.
- Skilled in coordinating manpower, equipment, deliveries, and subcontractors to maintain schedule alignment.
- Strong communication skills, capable of working effectively with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, homeowners, and other trades.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage fast-paced environments and adapt to changes across varied jobsite types.
Safety & Quality
- Thorough understanding of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety practices with experience enforcing safety policies across multifamily, residential, and commercial environments.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality concrete work with attention to tolerances, finish requirements, waterproofing integrity, and long-term durability.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Ability to work full-time on active construction sites, including multifamily buildings, residential neighborhoods, and commercial sites in all weather conditions.
- Capable of walking, standing, bending, and lifting materials as needed to support field operations.
- Willingness to work extended hours or weekends based on project needs.
Education & Certifications (Preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- College degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Valid CDL license is a plus.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
