We are a Sacramento based company specializing in the management of Mobile Home and RV Communities. Our company is quickly growing as we are acquiring many new properties requiring professional management. A critical role for each property is the job of Maintenance and groundskeeper, and we currently have an opening for a maintenance technician to care for two of our communities in Fairview and Gladstone, OR.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is primarily an outdoor position with daily duties including but not limited to the following:
- Grounds keeping
- Landscaping
- Digging
- Janitorial tasks
- Working with vendors
- Miscellaneous maintenance tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a landscaper position or similar.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and spend a significant amount of time stooping and bending.
- Must have reliable registered transportation. Must have valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
