Responsibilities

• Lead the overall management of the facility, ensuring smooth daily operations aligned with regulatory standards and organizational goals.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized care plans that address residents’ individual needs, including dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care, and developmental disabilities.
• Supervise clinical staff, including nursing leadership, social workers, and caregiving teams, fostering a collaborative environment focused on high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with all long-term care regulations, health policies, and safety standards through regular audits and staff training.
• Oversee healthcare financial management including budgeting, billing processes, and resource allocation to maintain fiscal health of the facility.
• Manage medication administration procedures safely and accurately in accordance with healthcare protocols.
• Cultivate strong relationships with residents’ families and community partners to promote transparency and trust within the care environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in nursing home administration or healthcare management within assisted living or long-term care settings.
• Extensive knowledge of long-term care regulations, health regulation policies, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with supervisory experience overseeing clinical teams and support staff.
• Background in nursing or healthcare-related fields such as nursing leadership or social work is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with managing budgets, financial planning, and operational workflows specific to senior care facilities.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or those requiring specialized dementia or memory care is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with staff, residents’ families, regulatory agencies, and community partners.
