Core Responsibilities
Staff Management: Assign daily duties, train new cleaners, and create work shifts.
Quality Inspections: Check cleaned areas regularly to meet safety and hygiene rules.
Inventory Control: Track cleaning products, equipment, and order new supplies when stock runs low.
Problem Solving: Fix client complaints and pitch in with hands-on cleaning during staff shortages. [
Job Requirements
Experience: 2 to 5 years of commercial cleaning work, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
Skills: Strong leadership, basic computer literacy for reports, and knowledge of safe chemical handling.
Physical Demand: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 poundsCleaner/Janitor Description:
Responsibilities of a Cleaning Supervisor:
Check/Inspect and Help: with the following
Cleaning building floors (vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, sweeping)
Gathering and emptying trash
Clean, service and resupply restrooms
Clean windows, mirrors
Position/Job schedule:
Monday-Friday 5pm-11pm
Salary : $31,548 - $38,425
