We are looking for a part-time Kids Director to lead our growing family ministry at the Nashville West Campus of Rolling Hills Community Church. You’ll have the opportunity to invest in kids from birth to 5th grade through weekly programming and events.

OBJECTIVE
The Kids Director is responsible for the development and implementation of the vision, strategy and tactical elements for all programs, activities and educational aspects related to the Kids’ Ministry at Rolling Hills Community Church, Nashville West Campus.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all programming and ministry for children birth to 5th grade at the RHCC Nashville West Campus.
- Prepare curriculum for programming in keeping with the Rolling Hills Family Strategy and curriculum licensing.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and lead the Kids Core Team to plan and implement ministry programming through Planning Center Online.
- Strategize creative ways for the campus to intentionally reach unchurched kids and families in the greater West Nashville area.
- Minister to kids by caring for them personally and spiritually, providing methods of tangible encouragement and connection.
- Strategize creative ways and ongoing systems for the Nashville West Campus to intentionally reach unchurched kids, students and families in the surrounding neighborhoods and greater West Nashville area.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and lead Next Gen Core Team to plan and implement ministry programming through Planning Center Online.
- Attend and participate in regular Next Gen Team and Nashville West Campus team meetings.
- Support and connect with parents in their own spiritual growth and in their roles as spiritual leaders for their children.
- Maintain a consistent plan of communication with parents.
- Maintain a consistent follow-up plan with both first-time guests and those who have missed three or more weeks.
- Operate within the approved Nashville West Kids budget.
- Opportunity for position to grow into a supervisory role.
- 25 hours/week
