OBJECTIVE:
The Rolling Hills Ministry Residency Program exists to train, equip and develop the next generation of leaders for The Kingdom. It is specifically designed for both college-aged students and young adults looking for hands-on ministry experience, leadership development, spiritual formation, and an inside look into healthy church culture.
Residents can choose from one of the following ministries/departments:
- Kids
- Students
- College/Young Adults
- Women's
- Men's
- Missions
- Counseling/Care
- Communications
- Finance
- Administration
- IT

- Full-year (52-week) program
- 20-25 hours/week

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve alongside specific ministry area leadership
- Attend all required monthly and weekly meetings of the Rolling Hills Residency Program, as well as any meetings specific to specific ministry area
- Additional ministry area tasks as assigned by supervisor
