OBJECTIVE
The Adult Ministries Administrator is responsible for helping the Adult Ministries Pastor in any way needed to manage projects and tasks, work alongside the Adult Ministries Team in all projects, training, and other administrative support.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend monthly all staff meetings; monthly
Adult Ministry staff team meetings; attend weekly one-on-one meetings with the Adult Ministries pastor.
- Calendar Adult ministry events, programming, and meetings including reserving spaces/rooms as needed.
- Assist with Adult Ministries Planning Center (church database) responsibilities, Canva projects, MailChimp lists and emails.
- Assist team with event prep, set-up, and clean-up as needed
- Work with the Finance team to track and process event payments and reimbursements as needed.
- Serve as the liaison to the church’s Communications Team and/or Media Squad, ensuring adult ministry updates are shared effectively via email, social media, and church-wide communication channels.
- Events: Not required to attend all Adult Ministry events with the exception of the twice a year Adult Leader Training/Celebration times, and other events, such as, Invited and Versus.
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.
