What You'll Do:
- Assist customers with vehicle selection in a friendly, no-pressure environment
- Build relationships and follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
- Offer test drives and guide customers through the buying process
- Learn and present product knowledge across multiple brands
- Maintain communication with your team and management to ensure great customer care
