We are looking for an energetic, ethical, and highly motivated Automotive Title Specialist to join our team. If you’re a well-organized team player with title or accounting experience, we would like to talk to you!
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Accurately process incoming titles daily
- Answer customer inquiries or concerns in a professional, customer focused manner.
- Troubleshooting and problem resolution specific to titles
- Stock In, Floor, Payoff, all inventory
- Breaking down and Posting car deals
- Prepare Trade-In vehicle jackets
- Assist administrative accounting tasks
- Perform work in conformance with all legal requirements regarding titles and other legal documents.

Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One year minimum automotive title experience preferred.
- A professional appearance
- Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required.
- Detail oriented skills with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to adapt to and work effectively within a constantly changing environment.
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
- All applicants must have the ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and valid driver’s license
