Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
Rollin' Paws Veterinary Clinic is seeking a Full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team! As a key member of our mobile vet clinic, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, their pets, and their families. Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Manage emails, prescription requests, and phone calls
Appointment scheduling
Provide educational guidance and support to clients on animal care and ownership
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and pet care
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing client communication
Collaborate with our mobile vet team to provide high-quality care and service to our clients
Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the clinic's operations
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous veterinary customer service experience (1 years of experience)
Friendly, patient, and empathetic communication style
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with animal care and veterinary medicine is a plus
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
