About the Role:
We are seeking a professional and experienced Banquet Bartender to join our team in Naples, Florida. As a Banquet Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during events and banquets. You will be expected to prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintain a clean and organized bar area, and ensure that all guests are satisfied with their drinks. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to the success of our events.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience as a bartender in a banquet or event setting
- Knowledge of various types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and their preparation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid TABC certification
- Both white bistro and black bistro uniform
- Full Bar kit
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with a POS system
- Knowledge of wine and food pairing
- Ability to create and execute signature cocktails
- Experience working in a high-volume bar or restaurant
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests during events and banquets
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies as needed
- Ensure that all guests are satisfied with their drinks and provide exceptional customer service
- Adhere to all state and local laws regarding the service of alcohol
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the success of events
