What are the responsibilities and job description for the Porter / Bar Back position at Rollhouse Entertainment?
RollHouse Entertainment is seeking outgoing, energetic personalities to join our team!
As a RollHouse Porter and Bar Back, you will work with the Management team to ensure that the center is clean to the highest standards with emphasis on all guest contact areas and restrooms. The ideal candidate is an energetic, motivated, team player who enjoys working in high volume, fast-paced entertainment center. Our RollHouse Clean Team takes pride in creating a clean and safe environment for team members and guests.
What we’re looking for Porter:
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work well as a team and contribute to other departments when needed
- Ability to display excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
What we’re looking for Bar Back:
- Must meet the required age - 18
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, including weekends & holidays
Responsibilities:
- Keeping bar and server stations stocked at all times of products and supplies
- Maintaining cleanliness of BOH and FOH stations
- Replacing kegs and retrieving bottles from the walk-in cooler
- Refilling ice bins
- Cleaning spills at the bar and guests’ tables
- Washing and restocking glassware and mixing tools
- Removing trash/recycling
- Other duties as assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
