What are the responsibilities and job description for the Closing Manager position at Rollhouse Entertainment?
RollHouse Entertainment is seeking an experienced Closing Manager who is ready to be part of a high-volume, fast-paced Entertainment Center.
We are looking for an outgoing, energetic individual with a passion for guest service. Our Closing Manager will assist the General Manager in leading the team and overseeing the bowling and entertainment operations.
What we’re looking for:
- 1-2 years of supervisor experience
- Experience in Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage is a plus
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
- Creating an exciting, fun atmosphere to ensure a great experience for our guests at all times
- Keeping your team up to date on processes & current specials
- Observe operations, cleanliness & safety
- Opening and Closing responsibilities
- Additional admin work might be assigned
