Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Assist in managing and coordinating events, including setup, execution, and breakdown.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve conflicts, and address concerns promptly and professionally.
- Manage cash handling duties accurately during ticket sales, food service, or retail transactions.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed, especially in areas such as pools or activity zones; lifeguard experience is a plus.
- Engage with guests of all ages, including children, providing entertainment or assistance as needed.
- Support food service operations by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Use public speaking skills to make announcements or lead activities when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floor area to uphold high standards of hospitality.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Experience
- Prior experience in events management, guest services, or hospitality is highly desirable.
- Experience with conflict management and customer service enhances the ability to handle diverse situations effectively.
- Lifeguard experience or certification is advantageous for roles involving pool safety oversight.
- Experience working with children in recreational or educational settings is preferred.
- Background in food service or theater can be beneficial for roles involving entertainment or concessions.
