The Fulfilment Associate assists customers, delivery team members, and Installation PROviders by pulling and preparing orders prior to pick up, replenishing shelves for next customers and loading merchandise into their vehicles. To meet the needs of our customers, this associate must feel comfortable engaging in conversation with other associates to ensure correct product are delivered on time. The associate helps ensure that the right products are delivered to our customers by accurately pulling, inspecting and preparing merchandise for delivery or pick up, as well as verifying invoices against loaded products. In addition, the associate ensures deliveries are ready upon truck arrival.
Description
FULFILLMENT
- Process fulfillment transactions quickly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
- Share information on product, promotions, and loyalty programs
- Assist with product launch changes according to company SOP
- Assist customers as needed on the sales floor with locating product and/or online orders
- Use the Roller Rabbit MPOS and iPad devices proficiently
- Assist in delivering a transformative customer experience leveraging the Customer Experience Philosophy
- Process shipping and receiving orders according to time and efficiency standards
- Replenish product as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom to ensure safe and efficient merchandise processing from stockroom to floor
- Execute product pricing and markdowns
- Provide check-out support to customers as needed
SALES GENERATION/ CLIENT EXPERIENCE
- Meet personal and store sales goals
- Assist in the tracking, monitoring, and communication of business results
- Ensure an elevated level of sales and service are practiced by all associates - lead by example and inspire those around you to reach their highest potential!
- Continue to develop personal sales techniques and assist in the development of associates’ sales techniques to maximize sales
- Ensure all sales related policies and procedures are maintained
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise, and develop product knowledge among selling staff
- Maintain a keen interest in the fashion industry, interior design, and market trends
OPERATIONS
- Responsible for product movement in/out of store.
- Monitor inventory levels and sell during peak hours; process and replenish merchandise; receive and monitor floor stock.
- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom.
- Provide clear communication to management regarding product levels and other needs.
- Assist in floor moves, merchandising, displaying maintenance, cleaning store including bathroom and stockroom, vacuuming, and returning product to inventory.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a retail/customer service-based industry preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Must have the ability to take direction from Management and execute given tasks.
- Must be a quick learner.
- Must be an individual who possesses drive, is goal oriented, and has an entrepreneurial outlook.
- Flexibility and dependability with schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to lift 15-20 pounds.
- Great time management and able to handle multiple priorities at once.
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills.
- Polished and professional demeanor.
- Must have excellent written and verbal skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office programs is a plus.
