Coordinate dispatching activities to ensure customer timelines are adhered to. Act has the liaison between the Customer Service Department and the Fulfillment Center to ensure customer needs are relayed correctly to Warehouse Management and advise on volume and capacity needed to meet customer expectations.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Manage all Outbound Warehouse requests to help ensure customer needs are met in a timely fashion
- Maintain and understand open order workload capacity, i.e. how much each zone can complete in a shift, week, etc.
- Advise management when opportunities arise, i.e. large orders, hot orders, any order that could upset warehouse flow if not planned correctly
- Oversee order volume and advise management of the potential needs for overtime or conversely the need to move resources from zones with lighter volume to zones with heavier volume
- Work closely with Warehouse Supervisor and make recommendations as to the amount of resources needed for current and future order volume
- Manage volume and capacity schedule to ensure customer needs are met
- Update Customer Service on order progress and estimated shipment times
- Communicates with Warehouse Manager to ensure output provides high level of customer service
- Develop plans and process improvements to ensure efficiency and streamlined operations
- Lead and implement the full range of Lean methods in manufacturing and administrative related areas.
- Assist Team Leads and management in daily operations and other tasks as required
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- Associates degree, preferred
- Proficient PC knowledge, including, Outlook, Excel, Word
- Experience with ERP, MS Nav or, MS D365 preferred
