What You'll Be Doing
- Develop a thorough understanding of and serve as the subject matter expert for assigned product lines. Provide product support for the assigned product line, sometimes including sales training.
- Serve as a key point of contact for our sales, customer service, and tech support teams regarding product questions.
- Maintain an up-to-date competitive library and conduct competitive analysis to help understand gaps and inform future product development. Work to understand competitor pricing.
- Assist product managers with new product development and tasks associated with bringing a product to launch.
- SKU set up, initial quantity estimates, costing worksheets.
- Sit in on sales and operations planning meetings. Assist product managers with pricing, forecast and inventory management as needed.
- Responsible for overseeing the Texstyle sampling program and any future rebrands/updates.
- Initiate marketing requests. Work with marketing on imagery and content needs.
- Develop and report on key product metrics.
- Assist in identifying SKUs to discontinue based on poor sales / margin performance.
- Attend tradeshows and industry events as needed.
- Successfully manage projects spanning across multiple cross functional teams, facilities, and product lines.
- Understand and follow business processes with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Additional tasks to support the growth and efficiency of the Texstyle product category.
- Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in product, operations, or a related field (sales, marketing).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel). Comfortable with advanced Excel functions.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset – someone who takes initiative, drives projects forward, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with teams like sales, marketing, and operations.
- High level of intellectual curiosity and adaptability, eager to learn and grow within the role.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, project management, and organizational skills; able to perform a wide variety of tasks and multi-task efficiently.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and identify opportunities for improvement.

Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
