Roll Play, Madison’s coolest hangout, is looking for a Front of House Team Member who can support a fun guest experience and keep daily operations running smoothly. If you love board games, enjoy working in a social environment, and take pride in being dependable and organized, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Participate in daily shift operations, including opening/closing procedures
- Maintain service standards
- Provide excellent customer service and help guests choose and learn board games when necessary
- Ensure orders, tasks, and shift requirements are completed on time
- Manage POS systems and inventory checks
- Troubleshoot on-the-spot issues with professionalism
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for board games and familiarity with popular titles is a plus
- Ability to work independently
- Proven reliability and able to meet deadlines, show up prepared, follow through
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or café settings (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to stay calm and organized during busy shifts
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
