What are the responsibilities and job description for the Painter III position at Roll & Go Painting LLC?
- Advanced Painting Work
- Apply undercoats, finish coats, and specialty coatings (epoxy, fireproofing, waterproofing).
- Perform complex surface preparation (sandblasting, chemical stripping, patching).
- Operate advanced equipment (airless sprayers, scaffolding, lifts).
- Supervision & Leadership
- Lead and coordinate painting crews on job sites.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and inspect completed work for quality control.
- Train and mentor Painter I and II staff in techniques and safety practices.
- Project Oversight
- Interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications.
- Estimate materials, time, and labor requirements.
- Maintain records of work performed and supplies used.
- Safety & Compliance
Pay: $24.10 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 60.0 per week
Work Location: In person
