Technical Skills
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction documents. Competency in Google Workspace, digital tools, CRM software (JobTread), mobile, laptop, or tablet devices.
Regulatory Knowledge
In-depth understanding and strict adherence to all local, state, and federal safety regulations (OSHA), building codes, and environmental standards.
