Production Supervisor
Location: Erie, CO
Pay: $25.00 – $33.00/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 1st Shift
About the Role:
As a Production Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily manufacturing operations within assigned departments—ensuring that people, equipment, and processes run safely, efficiently, and in line with company policies and standards. You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager to meet production goals, improve performance, and maintain a positive, high-performing team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage production personnel, including coaching, training, and performance reviews.
- Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Plan, prioritize, and direct daily production activities to meet delivery and efficiency goals.
- Manage tooling and equipment to minimize downtime and maximize reliability.
- Track and report labor, materials, and production performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and reduce costs.
- Facilitate effective communication across shifts and departments.
- Support internal and external audits, corrective actions, and company policies.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (preferred).
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical & Work Environment:
- Primarily on the manufacturing floor in a fast-paced setting.
- Standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs required.
- Exposure to machinery and production equipment.
