Job Title: Concrete CarpenterLocation: Denver Metro Area (Current project near Bennett, CO — must be willing to travel)Shift: Day ShiftPay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour DOEJob DescriptionWe are hiring experienced Concrete Carpenters to join our team on highway bridge projects in the Denver area. This position is focused on formwork and structural concrete carpentry only. Candidates must be dependable, safety-oriented, and willing to travel to our current jobsite near Bennett, CO.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, set, align, and secure concrete forms for bridge and highway structures.Install and brace formwork to ensure accuracy, stability, and correct dimensions.Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications related to structural concrete work.Cut, shape, and assemble lumber, plywood, and form materials using hand and power tools.Place and tie rebar or embedded items as required for form construction.Ensure forms are level, properly pitched, and ready for concrete placement.Strip forms safely and efficiently after curing.Inspect all work for quality, alignment, and compliance with project requirements.Maintain a clean and safe work area and properly care for tools and materials.RequirementsPrevious experience as a Concrete Carpenter is required (bridge or heavy civil preferred).Strong knowledge of concrete formwork systems (wood, metal, gang forms, bridge forms).Ability to read and understand construction drawings and formwork plans.Skilled in using carpentry and concrete-related hand and power tools.Able to perform heavy lifting and work outdoors in all weather conditions.Commitment to job-site safety protocols and procedures.Benefits (after conversion to full-time employee)401(k)Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsurancePaid Time OffCompany DescriptionAbout ROLINC Staffing: Connecting great job seekers with great companies along the Colorado Front Range and beyond!
