We are hiring a Regional Director to lead operations, sales, financial performance, and personnel management for the Southwest Region. This position plays a critical role in ensuring safety, profitability, and operational execution across multiple business units in the Mining and Industrial construction sectors.

What You Will Do
- Lead all regional operations, ensuring safety, quality, customer service, and productivity standards are met.
- Champion our safety culture and maintain regional safety programs in partnership with the Safety Director.
- Oversee regional sales activities, forecasting, and job profitability.
- Collaborate with Business Unit Directors on pricing, bids, marketing strategies, and business development efforts.
- Manage labor utilization, operating costs, contracts, and regional resources.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, hiring, training, and performance management.
- Partner with HR on employee relations and personnel issues.
- Oversee regional facilities, equipment, and fleet management.
- Build and execute annual budgets, forecasts, and profit targets in collaboration with leadership.
- Submit capital expenditure requests as needed.
What You Bring
- 7 years of leadership experience in mining, industrial construction, or heavy industrial operations.
- Strong understanding of operations, P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and contract management.
- Proven ability to lead teams, develop talent, and drive performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and decision-making ability.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.
