This role requires proficiency in handling phone systems, managing patient records, and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the appointment schedule for dentists and hygienists
- Proactively fill schedule gaps and follow up on unscheduled treatment
- Present treatment plans clearly, including third-party financing options
- Greet and assist patients and callers, addressing inquiries with professionalism
- Verify insurance eligibility and accurately process claims and payments
- Maintain patient records and ensure data accuracy within practice management software
- Perform End-of-Day reconciliation and reporting
- Maintain smooth front desk operations and patient workflow
- Uphold a high standard of confidentiality and professionalism
- Learn and implement new technologies as they arise
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of dental front desk or office administration experience
- Proficiency in dental practice management software
- Strong understanding of dental insurance and billing
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
