Position: On-Call Sales Associate
Location: WESTFIELD SOUTHCENTER Mall
Pay Rate: $22-26/hour
What You’ll Do:
Engage with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
Share knowledge and enthusiasm for ROLIFE’s unique product range, including wooden puzzles and DIY crafts.
Help customers find the perfect product for themselves or as a gift.
Assist with merchandising, restocking, and keeping the store organized.
What We’re Looking For:
Friendly and customer-focused individuals with a passion for creative products.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required.

- Mall hours are 10am-9pm Monday-Friday and 11am-7pm on Sundays. This position requires full open availability, with the flexibility to work any shift on any day of the week. Applicants must be able to meet this requirement. Do you?
- This role requires flexible availability to step in for call-outs, including evenings and weekends. Are you able to respond to short-notice shift requests?
- Do you understand that your weekly schedule beyond the one guaranteed shift per week may vary and is not guaranteed?
- This position is primarily on-call, with two guaranteed 4–5 hour shifts per week after training. Additional shifts may be offered if coverage is needed. Are you comfortable with this schedule?
