Key Responsibilities:
- Invoicing/Accounting Management:
- Maintain rental ticketing/invoicing between different systems
- Round on any missing tickets from different customers
- Ensure timely billing/payment by customers
- Ensure accurate revenue is recorded monthly.
- Order Coordination:
- Process rental requests from clients and internal departments.
- Track the status of rental equipment and manage return schedules.
- Customer Service:
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to rental equipment.
- Administrative Duties:
- Prepare and maintain rental agreements, invoices, and other necessary documentation.
- Maintain detailed records of equipment usage, billing, and inventory.
- Generate reports on rental activities and equipment utilization.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the operations and finance teams to ensure efficient and effective invoicing and collecting payment.
- Work with suppliers and vendors to collect invoices in a timely manner and track costs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in equipment rental coordination, preferably in the oilfield industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and rental management software.
- Knowledge of oilfield equipment and operations is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Working Conditions:
- Office environment with regular visits to field locations.
- May require overtime and on-call availability to meet operational demands.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
