Pasta/Butchery Production Cook
Rolf and Daughters pasta and butchery production cook will be responsible for the production of extruded, rolled and hand-shaped pasta with freshly milled flours for our in-house pasta program. Additionally, the role will help with the butchery of whole animals and the fabrication of seafood.
Days start at 8:00 a.m. Must be punctual, dependable, self-motivated, and a team player. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their knowledge of all pasta styles and whole animal butchery.
Responsibilities include receiving daily orders, maintaining a clean workspace, and recipe development.
Applicants should have 1 years experience in pasta cookery, production, and meat fabrication.
