orm)Target Total Compensation: $375,000 - $515,000, including a fixed annual salary of $250,000 - $315,000, employee equity grant, and world-class benef

As part of the Production Engineering team—and as a people leader—you will be accountable not only for the health, stability, and reliability of Rokt’s critical cloud infrastructure, but also for the growth and performance of the engineers who support it. You will lead and inspire a team of engineers, setting clear goals, providing frequent feedback, and conducting performance reviews calibrated to company-wide standards. You’ll own the full lifecycle of our production platforms—design, build, release, operate, and continuously improve—ensuring they meet industry-leading SLAs for scalability, availability, and perform
ance.

- out You:7 years engineering experience (5 in production cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP) including 2 years in a formal or informal leadership or people-manageme
- nt role.Deep expertise with container orchestration (EKS or similar): deployment, scaling, policy enforcement, and day-two ope
- rations.Strong background in real-time event streaming and distributed systems (Kafka, Pulsar, SNS/SQS) at multi-regio
