RoKo Staffing Consulting is excited to partner with a well-established multi-specialty medical clinic in Sanford, FL, that is expanding its behavioral health services and seeking to collaborate with a compassionate and skilled Clinical Psychologist. This unique opportunity allows you to maintain your independence while benefiting from the support and referrals of a trusted clinic.
About the Role
We are seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist with experience providing psychological evaluations, therapy, and evidence-based interventions for diverse patient populations. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to supporting mental health and overall well-being while fostering a positive and professional patient experience.
This position is structured as an independent partnership. You will have the ability to:
- Rent space within the clinic to see your own patients.
- Receive referrals from the clinic’s existing patient base.
- Benefit from administrative support such as appointment scheduling and patient flow coordination.
- Work in a fully equipped clinical environment alongside other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychological assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
- Deliver individual, group, or family therapy using evidence-based methods.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with ethical and legal standards.
- Support patients in achieving improved mental health, coping strategies, and long-term well-being.
Qualifications
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited program.
- Current Florida license as a Clinical Psychologist.
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with knowledge of evidence-based practices.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
