Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with developmental disabilities with daily living skills and meal prep.
- Accompany individuals to community outings, appointments, and recreational activities.
- Maintain accurate, brief daily shift notes.
Requirements (NJ-DDD Compliant)
- Must be 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid NJ Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- Must pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and physical.
- CPR/First Aid certification
