Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and punctual Car Wash Attendant whose primary focus is delivering excellent customer service while driving sales. This role is heavily centered on promoting memberships, upselling services, and contributing to overall company growth through consistent sales performance and great customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Guide vehicles safely into the wash tunnel
- Perform basic cleaning and maintenance tasks around the facility
- Promote and sell car wash memberships and additional services
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Participate in ongoing sales training and performance tracking
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales-driven mindset with willingness to learn and improve
- Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation is required
- Strong emphasis on punctuality and attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
Schedule & Availability:
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Christmas Day off
Performance Expectations:
This role is primarily sales-focused. Success is measured by your ability to consistently increase membership sales through active engagement, effective sales techniques, and ongoing performance improvement.
