Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their vehicle wash needs in a friendly, professional manner
- Promote monthly passes for customers
- Operate various car wash equipment safely and efficiently to deliver thorough cleaning services
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, ensuring all tools and supplies are organized and sanitized
- Assist with janitorial duties around the facility and property to uphold a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service or custodial work is preferred but not mandatory; a positive attitude is essential!
- Knowledge of car wash techniques, detailing, buffing, and window tinting is highly desirable
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and follow all safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for moving vehicles within the facility
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods
